Hi, I’m Kadri.

I help people create clarity in their lives, work, and relationships.
I bring structure, calm presence, and honest questions.
My work lives at the intersection of coaching, adult learning, and nature.

I guide people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or split between many roles.
People who want to grow closer to themselves and make choices that feel right.

I offer guided space to think, feel, breathe, and reconnect with your inner compass.

Where I come from

Growing up in a farmhouse surrounded by forests teeming with life meant that lynxes, bears, and wolves were my elusive neighbours.

These early experiences taught me about harmony, presence, and connection.

They showed me that life flows best when we live in a rhythm that matches the world around us.

This connection to nature is woven into everything I do — in coaching sessions, workshops, and hikes.

Nature has a way of bringing people back to themselves, and I interweave that whenever it supports the work.

My Coaching Approach

My approach is warm, direct, and grounded.
I listen for what sits beneath the surface.
I help you see patterns, name what feels true, and build steps that feel steady.

Over the years I’ve worked as a coach, adult educator, facilitator, and project lead in international settings.
I’ve supported teams, run programs, and built learning spaces for people from different backgrounds and cultures.

My work stands on:

  • systemic thinking

  • solution-focused coaching

  • adult learning principles

  • embodiment practices

  • nature-based approaches

  • years of guiding people through transitions

My strength is helping people return to their center when everything feels scattered, and move forward from that grounded place.

Why I do this?

I’ve walked through my own periods of burnout, misalignment, and re-shaping my life.
I know what it feels like to lose direction.
And I know how powerful it is to pause, listen, and reconnect.

This is the heart of my work:
supporting people who want to live in a way that matches who they are.

Beyond work

I feel most myself in nature — hiking, surfing, cooking outdoors, or tending to plants.

I love movement, quiet mornings, photography, and simple moments.
These things fuel my work and help me stay connected to my own rhythm.

If you want to work together

You can start with a short discovery call.

From there, we see what feels right — 1:1 coaching, team coaching, a workshop, or a nature-based session.
